This professionally restored 1963 Savoy is a tribute to peak
early-'60s performance, built around a rust-free California body
and powered by a freshly assembled 426ci Max Wedge V8. Featuring
the iconic factory Cross Ram intake and dual Carter 4-barrel
carburetors, this setup delivers the unmistakable look and sound of
Chrysler's most fearsome big block.
The engine build includes:
426ci Max Wedge, freshly built and bored +.030
Hydraulic cam and valve gear for streetable performance
Reworked 452-casting heads for optimal flow
Champion aluminum radiator, six-blade clutch fan, and auxiliary
electric fan for cooling confidence
Dynomax dual 2.5" rear-exit exhaust with a deep, aggressive
tone
Chassis and suspension have been fully restored:
MOPAR Performance adjustable shocks
Re-arched original monoleaf springs
Caltracs trailing arms for improved traction
All suspension components blasted, refinished, and fitted with new
bushings
Frame ties and Pro-style driveshaft with loop for added rigidity
and safety
New fuel tank, sender, and lines
The body underwent a rotisserie restoration, finished to
show-quality standards with rechromed bumpers, restored bezels with
new lenses, and excellent glass throughout. The chrome, grille, and
brightwork are exceptional, with only a minor scratch on the fender
noted. It rides on powder-coated steel wheels wrapped in redline
tires, completing the vintage Pro Street aesthetic.
