--Opalescent Silver Blue, Dark Blue Interior, Dark Blue Soft Top,
3.8-liter engine, 4 Speed manual gearbox, Matching Numbers, One
family owned from 1963 to 2022! This E-type was
originally purchased new in San Diego, California by a Oceanside,
California police officer. The history file includes a
photograph of the officer with his daughter on the day of
delivery. The officer owned and enjoyed it for several
decades with his family, frequently taking them on scenic drives
and creating memories. This E-type was then passed from
father to daughter. In 2018 she decided to have his-their
pride and joy restored by California Jaguar specialist Classic
Showcase. The restoration was photo documented, resulting
in a concours condition that, today is still absolutely superb in
every way. Since restoration, this E-type was
kept by the family through 2022 when it was consigned to Classic
Showcase and sold to its most recent custodian, a Connecticut based
longtime friend and client of Autosport Designs. Since,
it has been used and enjoyed approximately 1,500 miles and within
the last three years of seasonal driving pleasure with absolutely
no issues. The sole reason for this E-types being offered
to market at this time is due to the most previous owners decision
to relocate to Europe. Today, this superb E-type
Roadster remains in excellent condition throughout and comes
complete with Jaguar Heritage Trust Certificate, books, tools,
jack, and spare wheel and ready for immediate use and enjoyment.
