show that in 1939 the car is registered to John Raymond Sutcliffe

remained in North England until 1967 when it founds its way to a
dealer in Sevenoaks and soon after was acquired by Yvette &
Jacques Kupelian, authors & publishers of automobile and
motorcycle brands such as Audi-Auto-Union, Mercedes-Benz, Minerva
and the Belgium motorcycle industry. Jacques and Yvette Kup?lian
purchased this Bentley in England in May 1969 from a gentleman by
the name of Peter Blair Richley in Ashford (Kent). Mr. Richley took
out a provisional insurance policy "Benelux" valid for 10 days and
delivered the car to on May 25, 1969.According to the "Registration
Book" which still accompanies the vehicle, he is the fourth owner.
Once the customs clearance procedures were completed, the Bentley
received a Belgian registration in the name of Jacques Kup?lian.
The Belgian registration-number plate CAK 820 which it would wear
for the next 52 years. Used regularly by The Kup?lians, it was
purchased by its most recent collector owner in 2023 and imported
to the United States. Just recently, this Bentley was traded to
Autosport Designs, Inc. in a multi-car transaction towards a
vintage Aston Martin from our inventory.Having had a recent fresh
servicing, this Bentley presents in an appealingly correct
condition, sound and well cared for with confident road manners as
one would expect from a proper 1938 Bentley such as this. It is
