This 1952 Mercury Monterey presents beautifully as a fully restored
classic. Restored 23 years ago with a complete rebuild of the
engine, powertrain, and bodywork, the car was then parked for 20
years in storage. Recently, the gas tank was cleaned and sealed,
fuel lines replaced, the carburetor rebuilt, and new tires
installed. It runs with its original 6-volt system powering both
the seats and windows. The flathead 255 V8 produces 125 horsepower,
paired to an automatic transmission. The body is straight,
garage-kept, and completely rust-free. Finished in yellow with a
red and black interior, this Monterey is a standout with strong
curb appeal and period luxury features including a power
convertible roof and bumper-integrated fog lights.
