This truly unique F150 Ranger Super Cab 4X4 is the only 1 built in this configuration of almost 1 million F-series trucks built by Ford in 1978 (1 of 1 as per the Marti report), and it is 1 of only 2 produced with these exterior colors (Mojave Tan with Raven Black within the racetrack moldings). It also has every available option (refer to the Marti Report) except the sliding rear window (the seller advised me that in his jurisdiction, he could not have a sliding rear window if he wanted to mount a gun rack there (the gun rack is still in the truck). This truck is also all original - paint, interior, drive line, etc. Sold new at Friendly Ford when they were still in Fresno, California, the truck still has the factory California emission specs sticker on the side window. The original owner purchased it when he retired, for the sole purpose of hunting and fishing. Not perfect - has some nicks, dings and scratches, and minimal surface oxidation on the chassis - but is still a very attractive driver that looks like a real truck and has plenty of has character, It draws attention wherever it goes. Totally dependable, and it runs and drives like new - quiet, smooth and rattle free. I have enjoyed it tremendously for almost twenty years and have put almost 30,000 miles on it during that time (summers only). I'm thinning my modest Ford collection as I am aging so, it is time to let it go.
