Restored 1971 Fiat Abarth 595. We inherited this car from my wifes brother who ran Monterey Vintage Motorsports in CA. It was the last car he before his death last year. He spent over 2 years on the restoration with a complete tear down, engine rebuild, fully repainted, accessories, cleaned, new fold back roof top, etc.
I have no real vintage auto or Fiat expertise. Everything appears to be original Fiat product and here are the VIN and Eng # for your reference: Photos of these are included.
VIN: 110F-2766396
Eng# 126A 000 7114072
As far as I can tell with my limited knowledge this is all Fiat Abarth with a "126" engine which is a larger more powerful version than original. A beautifully functioning car, in fantastic shape, and a real hoot to drive. ( and turns heads to boot! )
NOTE: Both the trunk and boot lids close and latch perfectly. When I took these exterior pix I forgot to latch them after taking photos inside them.See last photo I just added.
