$101,000 in build receipts included. It is powered by a Keech-built
383ci stroker engine producing an estimated 500hp, equipped with
10.5:1 pistons, Eagle crank and rods, Crane cam and roller rockers,
Edelbrock aluminum intake, Demon carburetor, Edelbrock aluminum
water pump, March Performance pulleys, Be Cool aluminum radiator
with electric fan, MSD ignition and jet-coated shorty headers
feeding a Flowmaster exhaust system, all paired to a 700R4
automatic transmission by Art Carr with a 4-speed selector. The
chassis upgrades include a Detroit Speed hydroformed subframe,
coilover shocks, splined sway bars, tubular control arms, pinion
steering, Detroit Speed QuadraLink rear end, subframe connectors,
mini-tubs and half-height body mounts, complemented by Eaton
mono-leaf springs, KYB shocks and four-wheel disc brakes with
Touring Classics cross-drilled and slotted front rotors and Baer
rear discs. The custom interior features black leather with new
Recaro bucket seats, custom gauges, painted lower dash, custom door
panels, center console with Stewart-Warner gauges, Budnik steering
wheel, Vintage Air, power steering and an AM/FM/cassette stereo.
The exterior showcases a rust-free body finished in 1998 Dodge GTS
Viper Blue with a shortened 1969 Trans Am spoiler, GM cowl hood,
new glass, new bumpers, billet running lights, RS billet
taillights, clear headlights, new trim and front spoiler with 383
badging. It rides on Budnik Four-Thirty Fatlip wheels, 20 inches in
the rear and 18 inches up front, wrapped in performance tires. **
