This 1931 Ford Model A Deluxe Roadster has been with the same owner for the past 40 years. The Model A was restored in 1982 and was a multiple award winning car. The current owner purchased the car in 1985 and it was put to work as a touring car. This Model A has been on many National Tours around the United States. It has even climbed Pikes Peak. This is a beautiful Model A that can be used at all times for touring or local shows. The Deluxe Roadster includes chrome that is in excellent condition. A Radiator Stone Guard, Quail radiator cap, Wind Wings, Cowl lamps and a rear mounted spare with cover. The Model A is also equipped with turn signals for Touring.
There is also a full set of side curtains in great condition for the convertible top.
This Roadster is completely all original Henry Ford steel. No reproduction parts or fiberglass parts.
Paint and exterior
Finished in Black with red pin striping and red wire wheels. The paint is still very shiny but there is some cracking in the paint and rock chips in front facing panels.
Upholstery and interior
Seat, rumble seat and door trim panels are genuine leather and are in good condition. Dash has a chrome bezel.
Engine

Rebuilt in 2023 and runs, starts and drives great. New Canadian built radiator. Engine, sleeved to standard, stainless valves with adjustable lifters, all new Babbitt, rods, pistons, cam and gears. rebuilt distributor, carb, water pump, oil pump, starter and generator.
Wheels and tires
Red Wire Wheels with new Firestone tires in inner tubes.
Brakes
New drum brakes at all four wheels. Brakes are mechanical type.
Transmission
Original 3 speed manual transmission.
