Survivor Classic Car Services Chicago is proud to present this very
clean 1966 Ford Thunderbird. This is the one! This '66 has been
thoroughly gone through. At a quick glance, this looks like a nice
car, but when you really start to dig in you find all the fine
details that have been worked on to create such a beautiful
vehicle. The steering column has been rebuilt, the bumpers and trim
have been re-chromed, the sequential turn signal motor has been
restored, the front seats have had new foam fitted and all the
seats have been recovered, all the vacuum lines have been replaced,
the whole body was stripped to metal and repainted Diamond Blue and
wet sanded and buffed to a super high polish.
The 390 V8 runs strong, as it has less than 1,000 miles since
having been completely gone through, and the C6 transmission shifts
smoothly and with purpose. Included with the car is the plethora of
receipts for parts and work done, the service manual, electrical
and body manual, and interior assembly manuals, and an owners
manual. The windows roll up and down smoothly letting in the fresh
air while cruising this little dreamboat. Power disc brakes in
front bring this T-bird to a safe stop at the drivers command, and
the healthy V8 bring it right back up to speed with ease! This
T-bird is a cut above the rest! Take the time to look it over and
you're sure to be impressed!
