Here is a super nice 1965 Chevrolet Malibu. This is a perfect
cruising car for anybody who loves these stylish sixties vehicles.
The Cameo Beige base color gives this muscle car a soothing look,
while the chrome bumpers, front grille, trim, and rally wheels tie
everything together perfectly. The doors, fenders, quarter panels,
and roof are solid, while the trunk is very clean and even has a
spare tire for emergencies. If cruising to car shows and through
car cruises is your thing, there's no way you won't enjoy this
piece of Chevy history.
The interior pairs very well with the exterior. Featuring Medium
Saddle and Tan colors, the old-school look is definitely preserved.
The bench seat, finished in cloth and vinyl, looks just as good as
the door panels, carpet, and headliner, all of which are in tip-top
shape. The dashboard is solid, with a stock-appearing gauge cluster
and gauges. Also inside the cluster is an AM radio, and below that
are climate controls and an ashtray. The steering wheel and column
appear stock, and in the center of the floor is your four-speed
shifter for slamming gears. The door jambs are clean, the weather
stripping is strong, the OEM door sills are in good shape, and the
windows are free of any major damage.
The engine compartment is very original-looking. The Chevy Orange
painted block and valve covers, paired with the black air cleaner
cover, firewall, and wheel wells, make this engine bay look factory
fresh. Power comes from a 327 cubic-inch V8 with a Holley Sniper
Electronic Fuel Injection system mounted on an Edelbrock Performer
EPS intake. The drivetrain includes a Muncie 4-speed manual
transmission running back to a GM 12-bolt rear axle. An independent
front suspension uses coil springs and shocks, while the rear
suspension features trailing arms, coil springs, and air shocks.
OEM 15-inch rally wheels with chrome-plated center caps and beauty
rings sit at all four corners and are wrapped in 215/70R15 BFG
Radial TA tires with a 2016 date code. For that classic muscle car
sound, this Malibu runs dual exhaust with Glasspack mufflers.
