Offered for only two short years, the 2.2L variant of the 911 T brought more power and torque over its 2.0L predecessor along with a slightly longer wheelbase, ventilated disc brakes, and new suspension. Inside, the heating/ventilation system was updated for better performance and ease of use, while many other details were subtly adjusted for additional comfort. Once again, each 911 variant was offered in both coupe and Targa body styles along with numerous luxury and performance options.

Only 6,544 911 T coupes were produced before additional changes to the model were released in 1972, making them a somewhat rare selection amongst early 911 varieties. Today, the 911 T is well known for its easily approachable demeanor and increased comfort in comparison to prior models and, like all air-cooled 911s, has enjoyed a strong increase in value over the last ten years.

The stunning 1970 Porsche 911 T Coupe featured here is finished in its gorgeous factory original combination of Tangerine over an impeccably kept Beige interior. This virtually new Porsche remained with its original owner for over 46 years and has been driven a mere 15,114 documented miles. In fact, the original owner stated that he never drove the car over 80mph and only had it in the rain twice, likely making this one of the best preserved, lowest-mile early 911s existence. Because of this, I personally believe the investment potential of this pristine, low-mile, highly original 911 T will grow beyond your imagination. Offered to the most demanding collector, investor, or enthusiast who desires to own one of the very best at an investment price!
