For Sale: 1969 Chevrolet Camaro in Liberty Lake, Washington

Vehicle Description

The time has come to say goodbye to our first car. Purchased new by us in April 1969 to be driven on our honeymoon, it became our daily driver. After over 20 years, the vehicle was garaged while we considered what to do with it. We knew we needed to upgrade the brakes from the original drums to disc so we stopped by to see Darryl of D & P Classic Chevy in Huntington Beach, California.  After discussing options with Darryl and since the Camaro had always been garaged, never been in an accident or had any damage whatsoever, we decided the time had come to create something entirely different and modern rather than restoring it as it would never be “original with disc brakes”.  The rebuild began from the ground up and after two years the car you see now was created by D&P with all new suspension, crate motor, five speed transmission, rear end, tires, rims, custom interior, paint, racing brakes, and a host of other features.

With less than 2,300 miles since completion, the Camaro has been featured in Super Chevy, selected as one of 25 cars to participate in the Grand Marshal special event at Hot August Nights and received awards at the Good Guys show in Spokane.
