1965 Corvette Convertible For Sale. American Street Machines Inc
has this 1965 Corvette Convertible hot rod in on consignment. This
65 C2 driver quality Corvette has a 1970 LT1 350/370hp engine w/
casting number 3970010 and date code (L 8 70). 4 speed transmission
with hurst shifter. The paint was changed from F-F Nassau Blue to
Red somewhere along the line and the fenders have been flared for
larger tires & wheels. There is also a added dual scoop hood that
has been added. The paint is not perfect and does have
imperfections. The correct STD Black interior is nice with new
carpet, door panels and seat covers. All the gauges are crisp and
clear and the dash does not have any cracks. Chrome bumpers and
trim is in good shape with some small minor scratches. There is a
white soft top that does not have any rip's or tears and the rear
plastic is clear and not fogged. This Corvette runs and sounds
great with plenty of power. If you are in the market for a C2
Corvette and not a purest for all correctness then this is a great
little hot rod Corvette to drive and have fun with. Please call for
