This completely restored 1976 Kawasaki KZ900 motorcycle is powered
by a 903cc 4-cylinder engine with 81hp, mated to a 5-speed manual
gearbox. Every component has been disassembled, cleaned, repaired
or replaced as needed. Major components are all-original, including
forks, wheels, frame, engine, tank, rear fender and tailpiece. It
has been repainted in its original Diamond Dark Green, and all
decals and badging are new and correct. Genuine Kawasaki parts were
used whenever possible, or parts made to OEM specifications. The
controls, handlebars, turn signals, exhaust, shocks, seat and grab
bar are new, as are the tires and battery. The engine has been
completely rebuilt, with the head machined and ported. New valve
guides, seals and springs were installed. The cylinders were bored
to .5mm over and new genuine Kawasaki .5mm oversized pistons and
rings were also installed. The carburetors have been rebuilt, and
there is a new cam chain, roller and guides, as well as new gaskets
and seals. The valves have been properly shimmed, and the gauges
were restored by Zresto. The bike has been driven 278 miles since
completion. ** PREVIEW
