If you've ever wanted to own the classic car of your dreams, here's
your chance. This 1969 Chevrolet Camaro SS 350 Tribute has all the
attributes of a true SS and is priced to sell. The red paint with
black painted stripes looks fantastic. All of the badges, trim, and
stance look correct. The Chevy Rally wheels, cowl induction hood,
sharp front grille, chin spoiler, and rear spoiler make it almost
impossible to tell this is a tribute car. With the interior looking
much the same, if you don't tell anyone, no one will ever know it's
not a numbers-matching SS 350
The interior is black with vinyl high-back front bucket seats and a
rear bench seat. They are in great condition, as are the door
panels, carpet, and headliner. The dashboard retains its original
look, featuring easy-to-read aftermarket gauges along with an
additional set of gauges in the center console: Oil Temp, Trans
Temp, Water Temp, and Voltage. The dash pad is in very good shape,
as is the center console, which houses the sought-after staple
shifter. For audio entertainment, there is a stock-appearing
AM/FM/Cassette radio with a CD player mounted under the glove box.
Heavy-duty floor mats protect the carpet, while the door sills,
door jambs, and weather stripping all look good.
Under the hood, the engine bay is well put together with chrome
Edelbrock valve covers and an air cleaner cover. A black painted
firewall and fenders frame the 350 cubic-inch V8 engine, equipped
with an Edelbrock carburetor and intake. Power is delivered through
a TH350 3-speed automatic transmission to a 10-bolt solid rear
axle. The front suspension is an independent setup with control
arms and coil springs, while the rear uses leaf springs and air
shocks. The 15-inch Rally wheels with beauty rings and center caps
are wrapped in Uniroyal 215/65R15 front tires and 235/60R15 rear
tires. For stopping power, front and rear drum brakes handle the
duties, while long-tube headers, dual exhaust, and Flowmaster
mufflers make this Camaro sound like a true muscle car.
