The power is sent through a Turbo 400 automatic transmission with a 2800 stall converter, shifted by the iconic His & Hers Hurst shifter, and delivered to the pavement via a 12-bolt posi rear with 3.73 gears.

Handling and drivability have also been modernized, thanks to a tubular Hotchkis front end, upgraded AGE power steering box, and four-wheel power disc brakes, including a Wilwood setup at the rear. The body was stripped to bare metal and refinished in its original factory Meridian Turquoise, highlighted by a working Ram Air hood and a fiberglass nose for improved fitment.
