Introduction: Only 235 mi on a complete ground up custom build.
Stunning looks and equally impressive performance!
EXTERIOR: Repainted its original Frost Green color and I love it!
The metallic is laid out evenly and really gives nice highlights in
the Sun. The clear coat is polished very smooth and glossy. The
body's completely straight with no rust or damage. It looks like
all of the chrome and trim was replaced: lenses, marker lights,
mirrors, handles, bumpers and the moldings around the window
frames. It has the SS hood, emblems, blacked out grille and tail
panel. New vinyl top, windshield and weatherstrips. Great looking
wheels: 18x10 in front and 18x12s in back!
INTERIOR: Completely redone floor to ceiling and most of it is
custom! There's a plush carpet on the floor with reproduction mats.
The TMI package includes the sport seats and molded door panels,
both with Alcantara trim. Overhead is a custom molded and
upholstered headliner with a working dome lamp, new visors and
mirror. In front of me is a new dash pad and instrument panel, a
set of Dakota Digital gauges that reads analog and digital.
Upgraded with Vintage Air heater control panel with electric
slides, a tilt column with a new sport wheel. There's a stereo
hidden in the glove box with Bluetooth kick panel speakers and 6x9s
back. A custom center console includes an armrest, cup holders and
a Quick Silver B&M shifter.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: This 6.0 LS is new and has been upgraded with a
Mutha Thumper cam kit and flat top pistons. Of course it is fuel
injected, it also has a set of long tube headers. The front of the
motor has a serpentine belt system, Vintage Air and heat and a/c
system, modern alternator and modern power steering. It runs cool
with the aluminum radiator and shroud, a spal electric fan and a
billet overflow bottle. It gets its power from a Optima gel
battery. The metal surfaces are painted smooth and clean, the
firewall has been smoothed out. It has hood insulation, the
squirters are hooked up, new wiper motor, new master cylinder and
lines.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Under the trunk lid and the jamb is smooth and
glossy. Inside has a green spatter finish and carpeted mat.
UNDERSIDE: Upfront it has new tubular control arms, Viking coilover
adjustable gas shocks, polyurethane bushings and RideTech Tru Turn
steering. Welded frame connectors and added tubular supports really
make this a tight chassis. In back it has a 4 link with tubular
control arms and triangulated bar along with Viking coilover
adjustable gas shocks. Fuel system was completely replaced and
upgraded to be compatible with the fuel injection has a 3-in
exhaust with Flowmaster mufflers that dump right before the rear
end upgraded with Will wood drilled and slotted disc at all four of
the wheels looking up at the motor It is clean with an aluminum oil
pan and a high torque starter Built 4L60E overdrive automatic with
3000 stall and B&M oil cooler. Strange engineering heavy duty
rear end with back brace aluminum center section 9 inch rear with
3.30 gears and full lock up. Mini tubs
SERVICE: We take pride in our cars and reputation. Therefore, we
built a 2 million dollar, 10,000 square ft service center, and
hired a team of technicians to service the essentials on every car
we sell.
CONCLUSION: I like this one! The color, stance and interior look
great. The driveline makes it a blast to drive! Wait til you hit
that key and fire it up, if your not smiling you better check for a
pulse.
For nearly 30 years, I, Jay Grams, have personally written the
highlights for almost every car in our collection. What I provide
is my professional opinion based on my experience with these
vehicles. However, opinions can vary, and I strongly recommend a
personal inspection to form your own view. Our sales team is always
available to answer any questions you may have. One great option is
to request a personalized walk-around video, where we can showcase
the car and share our team's insights.
Our cars are displayed within a museum setting. If you are
interested in a specific vehicle, please schedule an appointment
with a salesperson to view it. Without an appointment, there is an
admission fee to enter the showroom. If you decide to purchase a
car, your admission will be refunded, and you'll receive a one-year
museum membership.
