One look at this classic 1923 Ford T-Bucket and it's easy to see
why these cars have been beloved and lusted after by millions of
enthusiasts over the last century. This fully repainted Deep Purple
roadster sports complementing multi-colored blue and pink
pinstripes. No doors aren't much of an issue with the low cockpit
height, while the higher-than-average windshield is a pleasant
addition to keep you from needing eye protection every ride.
Hop inside this hot rod (literally), and you're treated to a simple
grey vinyl interior featuring a large single bench seat to hold
both driver and passenger in place. A small, wood-rimmed
three-spoke steering wheel sits ahead of a five-pod gauge cluster,
while an AM/FM/Bluetooth head unit is located under the seat and
simply needs to be connected to be enjoyed. A cueball shifter knob
indicates that, unlike other old-school automatic-equipped hot
rods, this T-Bucket is a bit more interactive.
Typically, we'd say "under the hood", but in this case, no hood
exists, and is not needed. So, up front, we find a 327 cubic-inch
GM V-8 engine. Outfitted with a Holley dual-four-barrel carburetor
setup feeding into a high-rise Weiland intake manifold, spent gases
are sent a very short distance through straight pipes and out to
that glorious side pipe exhaust. Power is routed through a Saginaw
four-speed manual transmission before being sent to the Ford
nine-inch rear that transfers power to the pavement via a set of
wide Cragar SS wheels shod in huge Firestone tires. At the same
time, a narrow set of wire wheels and thin tires handles unassisted
steering duties up front.

This 1923 Ford T-Bucket rides on a transverse leaf spring
suspension up front, while coilovers support the rear. Front disc
and rear drum brakes are in place to rein in speed as needed,
allowing you to simply enjoy the ride. A classic hot rod like this
T-Bucket needs to be experienced to truly appreciate its old-school
soul, and hopefully, with a few words and some incredible photos,
you may realize this is the car you've been searching for. But
don't wait, this one won't be around long. Call today!
