The 997 is the sixth generation of the Iconic Porsche 911 and would be built between model years 2005 and 2013. There would be a pretty significant refresh in 2009 making the internal designation 997.2 with a new engine with direct injection, a new dual clutch PDK automatic transmission offering as well as some styling changes. The 911 has been around since 1964 and in 1999 the 911 placed fifth in the Global Automotive Elections Foundation's "Car of the Century competition as well as in 2004 named the number three sports cars of the 1960's along with a plethora of other prestigious awards and trophy's. This particular really nice example comes to us with just under 24,000 miles from new and is finished in Silver over Black leather. This car appears to not have had any winters under its belt. Under current ownership this car has been lovingly cared for with good service, mature driving and good storage. This car comes with its original owners manuals, both factory keys, wind deflector and car cover along with some service records. This 997.2 starts, runs and goes down the road like new with no known need and everything in working order including all electronics. The top is in excellent shape and operates flawlessly, the interior is super clean with a tidy engine bay and frunk. The paint is excellent with the only known flaws are at the leading edge underside of the front bumper. These cars are an absolute blast to drive especially the manuals such as this one.
