The 2004 Ford F-150 SVT Lightning is the final year of production and the most sought-after model, especially in the rare Sonic Blue color. Power comes from the supercharged 5.4L Triton V8, which has been conservatively tuned by Coastal Chassis Dyno in Brandon, Florida, to produce over 400 rear-wheel horsepower while preserving the longevity of both the engine and transmission. A Flip Chip tuning module allows the driver to change settings on the fly, with stock, street, and nitrous-ready spray tunes. Supporting modifications include a ported Eaton blower, single throttle body, C&L plenum, K&N air filter, lower pulley, shorty headers, Bassani X-pipe with cat delete, and a Bassani muffler. Additional upgrades such as a driveshaft loop, traction bars, and a custom line lock kit enhance both performance and safety. The truck is also equipped with an NX Express nitrous kit, though it has never been sprayed, and it rides on Nitto tires in the front with Nitto drag radials in the rear.

The exterior has been treated with the same level of attention, with numerous parts professionally painted to match the Sonic Blue body, including the wiper arms, cowl, and bed rails. Enhancements include a tail spoiler, Harley-Davidson chrome grille, carbon fiber hood (with the original hood included in the sale), chicken ear side mirrors, and a custom-painted engine bay featuring multiple chrome accents and carbon fiber cowl and radiator covers. The suspension has been lowered with one-inch Eibach springs in the front and one-and-a-half-inch rear shackles, while a white underbody light kit, hood struts, and a BedRug liner add further custom touches.

Inside, the Lightning boasts a truly unique, show-quality interior. Corbeau CR1 wide suede seats with lumbar support and Sparco harnesses are mounted to a harness bar, while a custom center console conversion with a checkered flag leather cover adds character. The suede headliner, chrome accents, and custom paint details throughout elevate the overall presentation. A full complement of gauges, including a three-pod pillar with boost, transmission temperature, and voltage, a steering column-mounted AutoMeter wideband AFR, and a dash-mounted multi-gauge display, allow close monitoring of performance. For comfort and entertainment, the truck is fitted with a flip-up head unit, Pioneer amplifier, Pioneer door speakers, and an Alpine Type-R 10-inch subwoofer in a custom box. Additional features include a Viper alarm with remote start, Viper automatic window modules, window tint, chrome Lightning scuff plates, and custom Lightning floor mats.
