1973 Opel GT - Classic German Sports Car 127k Miles Clean Title
Great Driver with Fresh Mechanical Work Up for sale is a 1973 Opel
GT, a sleek and sporty little coupe from Germany that was sold
through GM dealers in the U.S. back in the early '70s. Nicknamed
the 'Baby Corvette,' these cars have a unique style and
fun-to-drive character that has made them increasingly collectible.
I'm the second owner, having only had it a few months. We own three
Opel GTs, and it's time to let one go to make room! Recent Work &
Upgrades The car has received a lot of attention over the years,
especially from the original owner. Here's what's been done
recently or in the last few years: Full fluid change & tune-up New
power brake booster, brake calipers, brake shoes, and disc brakes
New alternator, fuel pump, and fuel sender Weber carburetor kit
upgrade for improved performance Paint is about 4 years old and
still presents well with minor chips Underside has some rust
(typical for Opel GTs), mainly under the driver's side Mileage
Odometer reads 27,503, but it has rolled over - estimated at
127,503 miles Condition & Notes This is a great driver-quality
classic, not a trailer queen. It runs, drives, and brakes well, and
has a lot of the heavy lifting already done. Still a few odds and
ends to sort, so it's perfect for someone who enjoys weekend
tinkering and classic Euro cars. Please Note The Following
