1972 GMC 1500 - Barn-Stored Survivor, 48k Miles, Great Condition
This 1972 GMC 1500 is a true barn-find survivor with only 48,000
miles on its original 250ci inline-six. The truck is in very good
shape inside and out, especially for something that sat untouched
for decades. It was parked in a barn from 1986 through 2022, then
kept in a garage afterward. Highlights • 250ci inline-six with 48k
miles • Head has been reworked • Longbed • Interior is in great
condition • Body is clean overall • Stored indoors from 1986-2023 •
Comes with new intake & exhaust parts (not installed) Condition The
truck is not currently running. It needs the new intake and exhaust
installed-both parts are included. The engine itself is solid, but
it will need some finishing work to get it back on the road. Body
is in very good shape for its age. The only notable rust spots are:
• Front right fender - about tennis-ball size • Driver's side roof
- surface rust, not rusted through Frame, floors, and overall
structure present well. Interior is clean and well-preserved.
Overall This is a remarkably preserved GMC that avoided the usual
Florida sun and salt. Perfect candidate for someone who wants an
original, uncut '72 to finish mechanically and enjoy. Hard to find
them this honest and this solid. Please Note The Following
