Purchased from MLB great Reggie Jackson's Reggie's Cars in 2007,
this matching-numbers 1969 Chevrolet Camaro Z/28 RS is powered by
its original rebuilt 302ci 8-cylinder engine, paired with its
original 4-speed manual transmission with a 3.73 posi-traction rear
end and factory chambered exhaust. The original block (3932386)
retains its VIN on the pad and features the factory 11:1
compression ratio, connecting rods, 1187 crankshaft and windage
tray. The top end includes the factory .030/.030 camshaft, blue
stripe pushrods, O-stamped factory rocker arms and original
cylinder heads (3927186, dated J108 and J088). Exhaust manifolds
are dated J-26-8 and J-28-8, and the intake manifold is Casting No.
3932472. The Holley carburetor (No. 3923289-DZ, List 4053, date
code 8A1) has been rebuilt and replated by Holley. The distributor,
water pump, fuel pump, alternator, flywheel and bellhousing are all
correct, as is the original Muncie transmission (3925660) with VIN
stamp. The original 3.73 posi-traction rear end is stamped "BU 10
12 G 1." The underside is clean, featuring factory "spiral" shocks
and a factory replacement chambered exhaust. This car rides on
factory Rally wheels with Goodyear RWL E70x15 wide-tread GT tires.
Originally finished in Daytona Yellow with Tuxedo Black stripes and
a black vinyl top, the car has been refinished in black paint.
Documentation includes the original Build Sheet, Window Sticker and
