This custom 1970 Dodge Challenger R/T was rotisserie-restored to
its factory Bright Red paint, with a new vinyl top and black
interior and every component upgraded. The original 383ci engine
was swapped out with a HEMI punched out to 472ci and mated to the
rebuilt matching-numbers 4-speed manual transmission. The rear end
was replaced with a Moser Engineering Dana 60 (3.73) with four-link
rear suspension and adjustable coilover shocks. The front end
sports a MagnumForce K member with power rack & pinion steering and
adjustable coilover shocks. Stopping is ensured with a Wilwood
power booster with front and rear Wilwood disc brakes. The air
conditioning, power steering and alternator are run by a CVF Black
Diamond serpentine system. Keeping everything cool under the hood
is the original rebuilt radiator with dual electric cooling fans.
The HEMI breathes through ceramic-coated TTI headers and a 3-inch
stainless-steel exhaust with chrome tips. The USCT Level 3 chassis
stiffening kit keeps every tight during launches and turns. The
undercarriage has been Raptor-lined and sound-deadening was
installed on the floorboards. All exterior brightwork has been
restored and new smoke tinted glass was installed. The Schott
Performance wheels are wrapped in new Continental Extreme Contact
tires. The interior is complemented well with air conditioning,
Rallye instrument gauge cluster, pistol-grip shifter and an Out of
Sight Bluetooth stereo system that keeps the 8-track in the dash
for a vintage look. Accompanying the Challenger is a partial Build
Sheet and folder full of component manuals. ** PREVIEW
