This track-only 2021 Ford GT Mk II is powered by a track-calibrated
3.5-liter twin-turbocharged EcoBoost V6 engine producing over
700hp, paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.
This race-focused variant of the Ford GT was co-developed by Ford
Performance and Multimatic. It features a stripped-down
carbon-fiber body and FIA-compliant aerodynamic upgrades, including
an adjustable rear wing, large rear diffuser, roof-mounted intake
scoop and extended front splitter. The Mk II utilizes Multimatic's
DSSV suspension system and lightweight center-lock racing wheels
with Michelin Pilot Sport racing tires. Braking is handled by
Brembo carbon-ceramic brakes. The interior is purpose-built for
competition, with a Sparco racing seat, FIA-approved harness, MoTeC
digital display, roll cage, fire suppression system and minimal
soundproofing. Weight reduction was a priority in the Mk II
program, with the vehicle coming in approximately 200 pounds
lighter than the street version. Finished in race-spec lightweight
paint, this example is one of 45 built globally. 41 actual miles.
