Gateway Classic Cars Tampa Showroom is proud to digitally present
this tough 1968 Mustang. If Steve McQueen's Fastback Bullitt
Mustang had a juvenile delinquent little brother starving for
attention then this is it. It would be easy to walk past this coupe
and think it's just another '68 with nice wheels, but you would be
so sadly mistaken. Under the hood you will find a 5.0l 302ci EFI
engine stuffed with an Eagle crank and rods along with an ARP
girdle and studs. Backed with a Tremec T-5, that alone would have
made for a fun combo, but why stop now? Go big or go home! A 77mm
turbo was installed with an intercooler to turn this small block
into a monster. The fun thing is, it's sneaky quiet until the boost
kicks in and sucks the fiberglass fender off the C8 next to you.
Four wheel disc brakes, subframe connectors, and a rear four link
system keeps everything on the straight and narrow. Inside you'll
find custom black leather seats to keep you comfortable and a
4-point roll bar to keep you safe. So what are you gonna do with
"Little Bullitt?" Wait until the sun starts to set, put your shades
and leather jacket on and go hunting....Oh, I mean cruise safely.
