INTRODUCTION: Show quality Pro Street that's ready to cruise! This
Nova gets the juices flowing, just looking at it makes you think,
dam! Once you fire it up and hit the streets there is no way you
won't be smiling ear to ear. I personally drove it to a cruise
night and it cruises great. Always starts right up, it drove easy,
stops great, goes straight, cruises nicely at 70 mph, 93 pump gas,
no overheating and it was a hot day. I had everyone's attention
when I pulled in the show. When I left they literally lined up
along the street with their phones out, of course I had to give
them a little show! I had a blast that night, I love this car!
EXTERIOR: The body is excellent, straight with no issues. The
fiberglass cowl hood was carefully cut out for the motor to stick
out of it! Painted in the late 90s and wow does it still look
great. To hold up that long and look like it was painted yesterday
says a lot about its integrity. It's polished smooth and glossy.
The chrome and stainless trim was restored to show quality. All of
the glass was replaced. In back it has a battery disconnect, an SS
panel and LED taillights. The previous owner recently spent $12,000
making the custom 3 piece Blaque Diamond wheels! They are 1 of 1
the only set in existence. They are 19s in front and 20s in back
and extra extra wide, wearing Mickey Thompson tires.
INTERIOR: It is very nicely restored inside too. It starts with a
key, heck the key buzzer even works! The custom built roll cage has
easy entry on the driver's side. The passenger side is very
manageable to get in or a section can be removed to make it even
easier. It is carpeted front to back with bound edges. The 2
Corbeau sport seats are comfy and hold you snuggly in place. The
driver even has a Simpson racing harness and the B&M ratchet
shifter is comfortably within reach. It has reproduction door
panels front and back along with new armrests and handles. The dash
pad was replaced, instrument panel is very clean. Upgraded with an
Ididit tilt column and a cushion grip steering wheel. It also has a
touch screen entertainment system. The Pro Comp tachometer is
mounted on the dash and matched gauges are down below the dash. It
even has USB ports and a 12 volt receptacle.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: The star of the show! A Big Al's Toy Box 468
big block making 1,000 hp! The top half is all polished aluminum:
the heads, intake 871 blower, dual Demon carbs air scoop, valve
covers, brackets and pulleys. reaching for the sky. The headers
were custom made and it has an MSD ignition system. It also
features a high output chrome alternator, premium fuel lines and
fittings, and a Wilwood master cylinder. The aluminum radiator and
overflow bottle along with an electric water pump and fan keeps
this beast cool. All the metal surfaces are painted real
nicely.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Under the trunk and jamb were painted slick, it
opens with 2 gas struts. Inside was very nicely refabricated and
spatter painted. The floor is carpeted. It has a Harwood fuel cell,
an Optima battery and the roll bars extend into the trunk.
UNDERSIDE: It has a custom chassis: upfront It has fat tubular
control arms, coilover adjustable gas shocks and rebuilt steering.
Welded frame connectors lead to the completely refabricated back
half. It uses a 4 link system with tubular control arms and
diagonal link along with coilover adjustable gas shocks. It has a 4
inch polished stainless exhaust that makes its way to the back of
the car. It's tig welded, has x-pipe, tube mufflers and it sounds
awesome! It stops easily with Wilwood 4 wheel disc brakes. The
bottom of the motor has an extra capacity oil pan and a high torque
starter. Turbo 400 automatic was built heavy duty and has a reverse
manual valve body, external oil cooler and a finned aluminum pan.
The custom driveshaft goes through the safety loop before
connecting to the heavy duty narrowed 9 inch Moser rear. It has a
back brace and 3.90 posi gears.
SERVICE: We take pride in our cars and reputation. Therefore, we
built a 2 million dollar, 10,000 square ft service center, and
hired a team of technicians to work it. We inspect each car and
service the essentials. This is so we can sell you the best cars
within reason.
CONCLUSION: If you need some excitement in your life, this Nova is
for you! You can cruise normally, but if you get the urge to goose
it I suggest you hold on!
For nearly 30 years, I, Jay Grams, have personally written the
highlights for almost every car in our collection. What I provide
is my professional opinion based on my experience with these
vehicles. However, opinions can vary, and I strongly recommend a
personal inspection to form your own view. Our sales team is always
available to answer any questions you may have. One great option is
to request a personalized walk-around video, where we can showcase
the car and share our team's insights. **Our cars are displayed
within a museum setting. If you are interested in a specific
vehicle, please schedule an appointment with a salesperson to view
it. Without an appointment, there is an admission fee to enter the
showroom. If you decide to purchase a car, your admission will be
refunded, and you'll receive a one-year museum membership.
