INTRODUCTION: The classic hot rod! A little deuce coupe with a full
custom chassis and fiberglass body sounds like a blast to me. To
sweeten the pot, it has a crate 350, automatic overdrive trans, and
air conditioning. This is the definition of cool!
EXTERIOR: This is a very high quality fiberglass three window coupe
by Rednecks Street Rods. The fit and finish is amazing. It has
suicide doors and if you notice the roof is not chopped because the
builder wanted plenty of room inside. The doors click shut with
your pinky. The paint is beautiful especially when you look up
close, very tiny metallic and it is polished like glass. It also
has the hand painted white stripe down the body line. Plus it has
the classic hot rod flames on the hood and doors. Equipped with
tiny front fenders, this also has body colored painted rear fenders
that would bolt right back on. Also has exposed door hinges like
the originals and exterior door handles and mirrors and trunk
handle also. The headlights have built in turn signals and the tail
lights are teardrop LEDs. This also has a billet license plate
holder for further detail. It's sitting on some 15-in polished
American Racing salt flat style wheels with knockoffs and tires
that look new. It also has the old style fuel tank on the chrome
spreader bar which looks so cool. The '32 grill with the Ford
emblem and chrome cap gets extra protection from a removable bug
screen.
INTERIOR: This is obviously a professionally done interior. The fit
and finishes are outstanding plus the whole inside of the cab is
upholstered. It's wall to wall genuine glove soft leather with nice
molded door panels and pockets that are very handy. The very
comfortable seat provides more than enough headroom to accommodate
taller drivers. It also has a really nice cut carpet with bound
edges. On the floor it has chrome pedals, Lokar shifter, and a
Macomb e-brake. The dash is very clean, it's beautifully painted
and features Classic Instruments gauges and a hot rod tachometer
mounted to the chrome tilt column. It also features a banjo
steering wheel with classic Ford V8 logo and it's been leather
wrapped for a real good grip. The stereo has Bluetooth capabilities
and can play from your phone or device. There are also 5" speakers
in the kick panels and 6x9s behind the seats. The vintage Air
climate controls are neatly installed above the rear view mirror
and while you're looking up, notice the Alcatera molded headliner
with a leather insert. This also features power windows and
seatbelts belts for your convenience. A Ron Francis wiring loom has
also been installed.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: It has an Edelbrock performer RPM e-tec 350
crate motor that is making an impressive 435 horsepower and 435 lb
of torque. That's more than enough power to push this lightweight
street rod down the road with ease. It also is equipped with an
Edelbrock aluminum intake, Edelbrock carb, MSD ignition, coated
headers and cast aluminum valve covers that are painted to match
the car. The front of the motor also has billet pulleys, billet
brackets, and a big aluminum radiator with electric fan. The a/c
system is made up of polished parts and stainless braided
hoses.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Under the trunk lid is painted blue and has some
nice drilled billet hinges and a nice hood trunk prop too. Inside
is all boxed and very nicely finished and carpeted. The battery and
the fuel filler are both relocated in the trunk.
UNDERSIDE: A beefy and beautiful Pete and Jake's chassis sets the
groundwork for this quality build. It is outfitted with a
completely chromed front end that has a drilled and dropped front
axle, chrome transverse spring, chrome shocks, and chrome trailing
arms. In back is a coilover rear suspension with Chrome tubular
control arms and panhard bar. It has Wilwood disc brakes and
polished calipers at all four wheels with super bell finned covers
over the front that look so sweet. The stainless steel dual exhaust
with tube type mufflers goes all the way out the back. The 200R4
overdrive automatic transmission was rebuilt by the previous owner.
The rear end has a very attractive Winter's polished housing. The
frame is smooth with many tubular supports and the floor pan is
painted the same blue as the car.
SERVICE: We take pride in our cars and reputation. Therefore, we
built a 2 million dollar, 10,000 square ft service center, and
hired a team of technicians to work it. This is so we can sell you
the best cars within reason.
CONCLUSION: The "deuce coupe" encapsulates an era and a cultural
phenomenon like no other vehicle ever created! This one
particularly is a high quality build that has been very well dialed
in. This is not just another hot rod, it's one that's full of
historical significance and is adorned by car enthusiast
everywhere!
For nearly 30 years, I, Jay Grams, have personally written the
highlights for almost every car in our collection. What I provide
is my professional opinion based on my experience with these
vehicles. However, opinions can vary, and I strongly recommend a
personal inspection to form your own view. Our sales team is always
available to answer any questions you may have. One great option is
to request a personalized walk-around video, where we can showcase
the car and share our team's insights. **Our cars are displayed
within a museum setting. If you are interested in a specific
vehicle, please schedule an appointment with a salesperson to view
it. Without an appointment, there is an admission fee to enter the
showroom. If you decide to purchase a car, your admission will be
refunded, and you'll receive a one-year museum membership.
