Named after one of the most iconic and scenic roads in America,
winding through the Hollywood Hills to the Santa Monica Mountains,
showcasing the spectacular San Fernando Valley and Pacific Ocean,
this beautiful 2001 Chrysler Prowler Mulholland Edition sports just
9,725 actual miles, and is one of just 1,281 ever made. Partially
repainted in this stunning Prowler Midnight Blue Pearl Coat, this
neo hot rod is the first Prowler to carry the Chrysler badge,
following the demise of Plymouth. With both of its front and rear
bumper guards removed and the addition of Lamborghini-style scissor
doors, this Prowler is truly one of a kind.
Inside, we find a stock Agate Grey leather interior that features a
five-pod white-faced gauge cluster, mid-mounted on the dashboard,
with the lone exception of the 7,000 RPM tachometer mounted on the
steering column, allowing you to keep your eyes on the road while
still executing a perfect 1-2 shift. But don't let the Prowler's
throwback vibe fool you. This car comes complete with all the
modern amenities hot rodders could have only dreamt of back in hot
rodding's heyday. Power brakes, power steering, air conditioning,
cruise control, power windows, locks, and mirrors make this wild
ride easy to drive across town or the country. An upgraded Sony
head unit offers Bluetooth connectivity and the benefit of a backup
camera.
Under the hood, we find the original high-output 3.5-liter DOHC
aluminum block and heads V-6 that produces 253 hp and 255 lb-ft of
torque. That power is funneled through a rear-mounted four-speed
Autostick semi-automatic transmission, via a torque tube, allowing
engineers to achieve a perfect 50/50 weight distribution. Along
with its fully independent suspension, this good-looking car
features staggered 17-inch wheels shod in 225/45ZR-17 rubber up
front and massive 20-inch wheels wrapped in 295/40ZR-20 Nitto tires
in the rear, giving it a proper old-school cool stance.

weight of 2,832 pounds, Car and Driver proved the Prowler could
sprint from 0 to 60 mph in just 7.0 seconds when it was new, which
feels plenty fast with the wind whipping through your hair. If
