Zoom Classic Cars presents this 1984 Jeep CJ-7 4x4. This 1984 Jeep
CJ-7 was subject to a frame-off restoration and modified between
2020 and 2022. The build included repainting the truck in blue,
refreshing the interior, and rebuilding the 4.2-liter inline six to
include a later model cylinder head Fuel Injection, oversized
Aluminum radiator by ECP and added rebuilt Borg-Warner T-5
five-speed manual transmission. Additional equipment includes a
Dana dual-range transfer case with 4:1 gears, Eaton Truetrac
limited-slip differentials, a Warn Rock Crawler front bumper, a
2.5? Rough Country EZ ride suspension lift kit, steel 15? wheels,
Bestop Trailmax Pro seats, and a custom exhaust system. 5" KC
Apollo Fog Lamps. Build work began in 2020 and included removing
the body from the frame, powder-coating the frame, and repainting
the body in a Custom Make-a-Wish Blue. Additional exterior
equipment includes a white hardtop, a Badland Apex 12000 winch and
black plastic wheel arch flares. Wagon-style 15? steel wheels are
finished in white and wear 31�10.5? Open Range All Terrain tires. A
matching spare is mounted on the rear carrier. The truck is
equipped front disc brakes, and an AGR Performance heavy-duty
steering box with heavy duty drag link and tie-rod. The cabin has
been fitted with front Bestop Trailmax Pro seats upholstered in
black leather. Additional features include a roll bar, a
passenger-side grab bar, and crank windows.The three-spoke steering
wheel sits ahead of a voltmeter, an oil pressure gauge, and an
85-mph speedometer with inset readouts for fuel level and coolant
temperature. The six-digit odometer shows 139k miles, though the
total mileage is unknown. According to the owner, the Jeep has been
driven less than 2000 miles since the build was completed. Power is
sent to all four wheels through the five-speed transmission, a Dana
30 front axle, an AMC 20 rear axle and a Dana 300 transfer case.
Both front and rear axles are equipped with Eaton Truetrac
limited-slip differentials. Undercarriage of the Jeep is very clean
and includes a Custom 2.5" exhaust with Dynomax muffler. The Jeep
was sold to its first owner as part of a Make-a-Wish charitable
sale in 2022, driven only 100 miles and then purchased by the
current owner in July of 2023. The jeep runs, drives and shifts
very well. Stored in MA with Clean MA Title in the Owner's name.
