Chassis:
- Frame sandblasted and repainted for improved durability
- Replaced cab mounts for structural integrity
Suspension:
- New radius arm bushings
- New sway bar bushings, front and rear
- Replaced front sway bar end link bushings
- Replaced rear sway bar end link bushings
- New rear leaf spring bushings (front and rear)
- New front shocks and rear shocks for smoother ride quality
Steering:
- New tie rods and tie rod ends
- Replaced ball joints for better handling
- New drag link for precise steering
- Rebuilt steering gear for improved response
- New power steering pump with belt, low pressure return hose, and high-pressure hose
Charging System:
- New battery and alternator
- Replaced starter, starter cables, and starter solenoid for reliable ignition
Fuel System:
- New fuel tank, sending unit, and fuel filter
- Replaced pressure regulator and six fuel injectors
- All fuel hoses from regulator to fuel rail replaced
Brake System:
- New rotors, calipers, and drums for efficient braking
- Replaced brake pads, brake shoes, and rear brake hardware
- New emergency brake cables
- Replaced master cylinder and all brake lines (front to rear)
A/C & Heating System (Converted to R134A):
- New condenser, compressor, evaporator, and dryer
- New A/C belt and hoses
- Replaced heater core for effective heating
Cooling System:
- New radiator, water pump, and thermostat
- Replaced belts, hoses, and fluid reservoir
- New water temp sensors for both instrument cluster and ECU
- New fan and clutch
Exhaust:
- New headers, muffler, and exhaust pipe
- Replaced O2 sensor for optimal engine performance
Engine:
- Fully rebuilt engine with new pistons, wrist pins, oil pump, rings, bearings, gaskets, and seals
- Heads and crankshaft machined and mic’d to .030 over
- Crankshaft cleaned and polished .010
- New valve guide seals, head bolts, valve cover gaskets, and oil level sensor
- Break-in oil used, changed immediately after break-in, followed by oil changes at 50-mile intervals
- Current oil has approximately 250 miles at delivery (with 500 miles put on it prior)
Transmission & Drivetrain:
- Fully rebuilt transmission with new torque converter
- New electronic shift motor for transfer case
- New rear drive shaft and U-joints
- Replaced rear axle bearings, axle shaft seals, rear axle pinion seal, and front axle seals
- New wheel bearings throughout
Wiring:
- All wiring has been rewrapped and connectors replaced with new, ensuring reliability
- All sensors and bulbs replaced for functionality
Interior:
- New carpet and reupholstered front driver’s seat
- New headliner and recovered door panels
- New door lock actuators, window motors, and window channel
- Replaced door handles, speakers, and radio
- New seat belts, dash cover, and door thresholds
- New windshield wiper motor, wiper blades, rear washer motor, and rear washer blade
- New 4x4 electric shift push button controller and ABS control module
Exterior:
- Complete color change inside and out. Everything was removed from the body: inside and out and restored. All metal work was reseam sealed
- New grille, tires, rims, and spare tire with cover
- Replaced hood-to-cowling seals and door seals
- New windshield and all headlight, turn signal, side marker, taillight, and back-up light bulbs
- Reinforced metal mirrors (replaced original plastic mirrors)
