On the Mount Rushmore of collectible classic cars, one car that
would be almost unanimously nominated would be the iconic '57
Chevy. Few cars have ever captured the minds and hearts of so many,
and with that adoration, we have come to enjoy a plethora of
variations when it comes to restorations of this classic machine.
One such version is this beautiful 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air LS3
Restomod. This two-door hardtop has been fully repainted in a
brilliant white, complemented by a contrasting black top, and
features a set of staggered and polished REV five-spoke wheels shod
in low-profile Ironman tires, giving it a stunning look from any
angle.
Inside, we find a deep black vinyl interior featuring quilted bench
seats for both the front and rear, with the front being a 50/50
split fold-down design. The dual-rim, two-spoke, power-assisted
wheel sits ahead of the three-pod gauge cluster. Set in its
original configuration, a set of white-faced Dakota Digital gauges
modernizes the interior vibe. At the same time, an AM/FM/AUX head
unit offers upgraded sound options without disrupting the look of
the old-school dashboard, while an under-dash vent provides air
conditioning to keep the cabin cool.
Under that classic steel hood, we find a late-model 6.2-liter
overhead valve LS3 V-8 engine. With its lightweight aluminum block
and rectangular-port aluminum 823 heads, electronic fuel injection,
and composite intake manifold, this small-block pumped out over 400
horsepower in stock form from the factory. Add in this car's
cold-air intake, shorty headers, and dual exhaust, and that number
is undoubtedly higher. Power is routed through a 4L60E
column-shifted four-speed automatic transmission before heading out
to the Ford 8.8-inch rear end that transfers those ponies to the
pavement via those gorgeous polished REV wheels.

Chevy. If you haven't experienced the thrill of piloting one of
