327ci/300hp, Muncie 4-speed, power steering, power drum brakes, AM/FM radio (not original), white convertible top and matching Silver Blue hardtop, Corvette knock off wheels, Whitewall radial tires, Corvette side pipes. Believed to be the original engine (casting number--3782870).
A Pertronix ignition system and flame thrower coil has been installed. Additionally, an Edelbrock (non original) Performer four barrel carburetor has been installed. Tires and brakes are in great shape and have less than 3000 miles on them. Oil and filter were just changed.
The Silver Blue paint is in excellent condition and has a really good shine. That color really makes a statement as only 14.1% of the Corvettes produced for the 1964 model year came in Silver Blue. The chrome, badging and trim are in great condition. The black vinyl interior is in really good condition as well with no rips or tears. The clock works and has been re-fitted with a (non original) quartz movement.
The car is very reliable and is driven weekly to local events. It runs great and sounds great with the side pipes. It looks amazing and gets attention and compliments on the color and condition of the car wherever I take it. It is a very nice example of a stock 64 Corvette that is really fun to drive, a pleasure to own and always looks good at the local car meet-ups. You will be hard pressed to find a nicer one at this price. I will include a lightweight car dust cover with the purchase.
