-Black with Black leather interior, Black carpeting, Black
convertible top also equipped with color coded optional factory
hard top, 3.8-liter engine, 5 Speed manual gearbox, Matching
Numbers, Completely restored with complete documentation.
This flat floor welded in bonnet louvre E-type was originally
purchased new in Alberta Canada. Purchased in 1998 by a Jaguar
collector-enthusiast, the E-type was kept in Canada until 2005 at
which time, the E-type was exported from Canada and imported to
California, remaining in the same ownership. At this time the
decision was made to undertake a photo documented restoration to
exacting standards. Kept and enjoyed within the same ownership for
several years thereafter, this E-type was sold in 2021 to its next
ownership, a well known Hall of Fame rock 'n' roll musician and
automobile collector and relocated to the Northeast.
Still in absolutely superb restored condition the E-type was
serviced in May 2025 and received the following: Full service
maintenance, 4 new tires and cooling system service. It has also
been upgraded to a 5-speed gearbox, which in our opinion is one of
the absolute best upgrades one can do to an E-type for touring
pleasure. The original 4-speed gearbox accompanies car.
Most recently, this E-type was traded to Autosport Designs, Inc.
towards a restored Aston Martin.
This E-type comes complete with Jaguar Heritage Certificate, tools,
and spare wheel.
Ready for show as well as touring pleasure, this E-type is ready
for immediate use and enjoyment.
