Two years in the making and awarded "People's Choice" by the
Tennessee Broncos Club, this 1972 Ford Bronco 4x4 Restomod, named
"Panama," carries a full steel body from Nashville Bronco Builders
and is finished inside and out in PPG Wimbledon White. The original
chassis was powder coated in hammer-tone, while polished stainless
trim, chrome handles, and fresh glass with new locks sharpen the
look. New Mickey Thompson M/T polished 16" wheels and LT245/75R16
BF Goodrich KO2 tires round out the stance.
Tan vinyl bucket seats with matching custom rear bench lay the
foundation for a cabin tailored to utility and style. A Wimbledon
White-restored glovebox frames the factory VIN tag, while a full
suite of all-new knobs, a custom Classic Instruments cluster, and
matching door and rear panels refine the interior. The custom 2" OD
windshield-mounted family cage is both visual and structural
muscle, backed by embroidered Bronco floor mats and a Bluetooth
stereo.
Underneath, it's as fresh as they come. An ATK 302 V8 crate engine
with Holley Sniper EFI links to a rebuilt C4 3-speed automatic
transmission-both backed with 3-year warranties. A stainless steel
exhaust with FlowFX resonator and Ford manifolds feeds into a
single pipe. Dana 44 front and Ford 9" rear axles both pack Dana
Spicer 3.55 gears, Timken bearings and fresh seals. A 2.5" lift,
new bushings, upgraded steering arms, and Bilstein 5100 shocks get
it trail-ready. Power steering and four-wheel power disc brakes
lock in the foundation.
