INTRODUCTION: Wow, this is a show stopper! The sleek design with an
elaborate paint scheme is sitting on the perfect stance. It's a
performer too, that's obvious the second you fire up the 502 big
block. Drive it anywhere, it's a comfortable, luxurious beast! This
is a premium build throughout, the best parts were installed with
precision and pride.
EXTERIOR: This 3 window coupe with chopped top is a premium Minotti
body known for their sleek design. It's smoothed out with no trim
or handles for a clean look. The doors and even the hood have
remote poppers. The paint is stunning at first glance and then when
you look closely you will realize the detail is amazing. I would
guess this is a $40,000+ paint job today at a professional shop!
The House of Colors Tangelo Pearl is amazing with the black and
silver graphics outlined in purple pinstripe. The Haartz cloth
padded top adds a touch of class. All the glass was replaced and it
has a one piece windshield. Upfront it has a stainless grille and
Aerolite Halogen headlights with integrated turn signals. In back
it has Hagen molded LED taillights and a 3rd brake light. It sits
very proud on Boyd's Spectrum wheels: 17s in front and extra wide
20s in back.
INTERIOR: Originally done by famous Gabe's Interiors and recently
upgraded by Sabatini Coachworks including a leather floor and dash.
Under the leather floor mats is Rolls Royce carpet. The seat is
very comfortable and is all genuine soft leather. The entire inside
of the cab is upholstered. The door and kick panels have custom
sculpting. Behind the seat is the stereo and CD changer, the 4
speakers are hidden. It has a polished tilt column, drop bracket
and a banjo steering wheel. The dash is very clean with a nice set
of gauges, 3600 miles showing on the odometer since its build. The
shifter is on the floor with a digital gear indicator.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: It's a thing of beauty under this hood! The
power plant is a GM performance crate ZZ 502 motor that makes 502
horsepower! On top it has a polished Edelbrock Air Gap intake with
dual Edelbrock 600 CFM carbs and a stunning March Pro Fulie air
cleaner. It gets its spark from an MSD ignition and exhales through
a set of Jet Hot coated Dynamax headers. The front of the motor has
a polished a/c compressor, alternator and billet pulleys. It runs
cool with an aluminum radiator and overflow bottle, a sidewinder
electric, a Stage 2 water pump and an auxiliary electric water pump
that can be switched on if stuck in traffic on a hot day. The motor
is painted to match and the valve covers are painted with the same
graphic scheme. The engine bay is smooth and painted like the body
too.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: The power lift trunk also has a manual backup.
Inside is boxed and upholstered like the interior. The 16 gallon
stainless tank with a shut off is hidden behind the upholstered
panel along with the battery which has an onboard battery
maintainer. There are also remote located battery terminals.
UNDERSIDE: It has a TCI frame that's been smoothed, painted and
clear coated. Up front is a Heidts polished Super Ride II
independent suspension with tubular control arms, Ride Tech
coilover adjustable gas shocks and a Flaming River rack and pinion
steering. In back it has a 4 link system with Ride Tech coilover
adjustable gas shocks, polished tubular control arms and panhard
bar. Wilwood brake system with drilled and slotted disc and
polished calipers at all four wheels, a chrome power brake booster
and polished master cylinder, and a Hella vacuum pump and can. The
exhaust is polished stainless with tube mufflers and one of a kind
stainless tips. Looking up at the motor it is clean and has a high
torque starter. The trans is a pro built 700R4 overdrive automatic
with a remote oil cooler. A Fast Country driveshaft passes through
a safety loop and connects to a 9 inch rear with 31 spline axles
and 3.73 posi gears. Under this car was meticulously built, most of
it was painted or polished and it still looks very fresh other than
some minor paint touch ups.
SERVICE: We take pride in our cars and reputation. Therefore, we
built a 2 million dollar, 10,000 square ft service center, and
hired a team of technicians to work it. This is so we can sell you
the best cars within reason.
CONCLUSION: The previous owner spent $135,000 on this amazing car
and won over 75 trophies. It's also a comfortable cruiser and
titled as a 1937, which has its benefits.
For nearly 30 years, I, Jay Grams, have personally written the
highlights for almost every car in our collection. What I provide
is my professional opinion based on my experience with these
vehicles. However, opinions can vary, and I strongly recommend a
personal inspection to form your own view. Our sales team is always
available to answer any questions you may have. One great option is
to request a personalized walk-around video, where we can showcase
the car and share our team's insights. **Our cars are displayed
within a museum setting. If you are interested in a specific
vehicle, please schedule an appointment with a salesperson to view
it. Without an appointment, there is an admission fee to enter the
showroom. If you decide to purchase a car, your admission will be
refunded, and you'll receive a one-year museum membership.
