1962 Chevrolet Impala Wagon For Sale
This 1962 Chevrolet began life as a four-door Impala wagon from
North Carolina before undergoing a complete transformation into a
one-of-a-kind custom Sedan Delivery build. The project, completed
by a Florida-based shop roughly 17 years ago, included moving the
B-pillars and fitting two-door sedan doors to create its unique
profile. Under the hood is a 350ci small block producing
approximately 400 horsepower, equipped with a 144 B&M
blower, aluminum radiator, electric fan, new Hi-Torq starter, power
steering, headers, 2.5 exhaust, and Vortex mufflers.
The drivetrain features a heavy-duty 700R4 automatic transmission
with 1-2 servo and Kevlar clutches, backed by a 3.70 Inland
driveline with a carrier bearing. Power front disc brakes with
drilled and slotted rotors ensure strong stopping performance,
while 15" smoothie chrome reverse wheels (7" front, 8" rear)
complete the stance.
Inside, the car is fitted with full bucket seats, a B&M
floor shifter, and an AM/FM/CD player hidden in the glovebox.
Custom touches include hand-painted side graphics by Tim Barron and
a dash personally signed by Jesse James, with a photo of the
signing included. This rare build blends creativity, craftsmanship,
and performance into a true showpiece.
