Vehicle Description
-Black Emerald over Spruce leather upholstery, Cedar carpeting,
6.75-liter Turbocharged and Intercooled V8 engine, Four-speed
automatic transmission. 7,000 miles from new!
Penned by John Heffernan and Ken Greenley, the Continental R was
the first Bentley since 1965 that did not share bodywork with a
contemporary Rolls-Royce model.
Sold new by Royal Motor Cars of Atlanta to a local collector who
kept the car until 2019 and accruing just 3,600 miles.
Equipment includes 18? alloy wheels, self-leveling suspension,
anti-lock disc brakes, flared fenders, green-accented badging,
heated power-adjustable front seats, dual-zone automatic climate
control, power windows, Alpine cassette stereo and special ordered
with no body vents.
Power output of 420 horsepower and 650 lb-ft of torque with 0-60
times of 5.6 seconds, supremely limited production of only 131
units plus many more unique attributes, certainly ticks a lot of
the boxes when describing a rare automobile. Power, Speed, Beauty,
Rarity and Opulence are key appointments, when coupled with limited
use and low mileage this Bentley Mulliner is second to none.
Comes complete with books, tools, spare wheel, build sheet and
service records. A true work of rolling art looks just as good
standing still as it does at speed.
