Modified from bumper to bumper, the 1995 Chevrolet S10 Pickup
sports a Paradiesgruen Mica green exterior that looks killer
against its black accents. A custom cowl induction hood adds muscle
up front while the dark tinted windows create a slick profile. The
completely smoothed tailgate includes a relocated interior handle -
a custom touch showing the attention to detail. GM Rally wheels in
15" diameter roll on P215/70R15 tires up front and wider P255/60R15
BFG Radial T/As out back. The lowered stance comes courtesy of a
properly C-notched frame and lowering blocks. A snap-style soft bed
cover tops off the cargo area for a clean, finished appearance.
Gray and green tweed fabric dominates every inch of the cabin in
true custom fashion. From the dash pad to the door panels,
headliner, and sun visors - the coordinated look creates a totally
custom vibe throughout. The 70/30 bench seat allows for extra
passengers while maintaining usability. A B&M ratchet-style
floor shifter controls the transmission with quick, positive
action. The Sony Xplode CD player includes AUX input for modern
audio devices. An aftermarket water temperature gauge mounted on
the dash provides real-time engine data. The air conditioning
system uses modern R134a refrigerant for solid cooling
performance.
Go-fast hardware includes a 5.7 Liter V8 engine paired to a TH400
3-speed automatic transmission - a major upgrade from the original
four-cylinder. Fuel and air mix through a Holley Street Warrior
2660 carburetor mounted to an Edelbrock aluminum intake manifold.
Hedman long tube headers connect to a dual exhaust featuring an
X-pipe and FlowMaster mufflers. An aluminum radiator with dual
electric fans manages temperature control in all conditions. The
suspension modifications include a properly executed C-notch and
lowering blocks for the slammed appearance. A GM 10-bolt rear axle
handles the increased power while power front disc brakes and power
steering keep everything under control.
