Exterior Highlights:
The exterior of the car is very sharp, the vehicle is finished in high gloss, emerald green and white paint, the paint on the car is driver quality with a couple imperfections but shows well, the hood ridge has a paint crack along the ridge that is the worst part (see pictures). The car has a tremendous appearance. The stainless trim and chrome are excellent. The car has been lowered 2” to give it a great stance. The vehicle is equipped with a set of 15” chrome American torque thrust wheels, these are original torque thrust that were made in America, they shine much better than the newer ones. This ’55 is ready to go cruising and will stand out amongst the crowd. Take a look at the pictures, this is one very sharp Chevy.
Interior Highlights:
The interior of the ’55 is in good shape, this is an older restoration, the interior is in good shape but shows its age. The vehicle has very nice carpet and headliner. The vehicle has an auxiliary set of gauges for water temp, oil pressure, and battery voltage. The ’55 has the classic Chevrolet dash with oodles of detail. The vehicle is also equipped with added color coded front seat belts. The trunk is very clean with complimentary upholstery, carpet, and a spare tire. Overall, as the pictures indicate, the interior of the car is in good shape and is equipped to be a comfortable cruiser.
Mechanical Highlights:
Mechanically this car is equipped with a great drivetrain consisting of a 350 stroker motor with a smooth shifting 350 Turbo transmission. This vehicle is equipped with front disk brakes. The vehicle has custom stainless steel exhaust and has a great hot rod sound. The engine is well detailed with a number of billet and chrome accents. The vehicle is equipped with power steering. This car starts, runs, drives, and stops without issue. This is a super sharp ‘55 you can get in and enjoy from day one and have an unbelievably sharp vehicle. The undercarriage of the vehicle is super clean and solid.
This is not a show car, it is an older restoration that has a great appearance, a few paint issues, and is priced accordingly. It drives great and has excellent chrome and stainless.
