in 2009, the car has received a full mechanical restoration and
refurbishment. At the heart is a Wes Ingram short block that has
been balanced, blue printed and features 10:1 Borgo pistons with
Hastings rings. Other mechanical highlights include performance oil
pump (Wes Ingram), reconditioned Spica pump cleaned and calibrated
by Ingram, 10548 Euro Cams, new water pump, timing chains,
recondition Heads by Sperry Valve Works, clutch, performance
distributor and ignition, new mounts, bushings, brakes, full
transmission rebuild, etc. There is a mountain of information that
comes with this car to include resto history, service history, shop
manuals, Spica FI service manual, binders, folders, etc full of
good Alfa nerdy stuff.
Today the car remains in great condition cosmetically and
mechanically. The paint remains deep and glossy, the interior shows
fitting wear for its age and remains very nice, the underside is
