Step into the upper echelon of Pro Touring excellence with this
1968 Chevrolet Camaro Convertible, a high-end custom build by the
acclaimed craftsmen at Level One Restorations. This stunning
machine combines cutting-edge performance engineering with timeless
muscle car styling-executed to the highest standard.
At its core is a supercharged GM Performance LSA V8, paired with a
Lingenfelter pulley upgrade and a carbon fiber driveshaft,
delivering an impressive 600 horsepower on the dyno. Power is
routed through a GM 4L80E automatic transmission, ensuring this
beast is as comfortable cruising as it is at full throttle.
Built for performance and handling, this Camaro rides on a complete
Art Morrison chassis featuring a custom front subframe and
independent rear suspension, bolstered by C6 Corvette components,
coilover shocks, and rack and pinion steering. It stops with
authority thanks to 14-inch disc brakes at all four corners, with
6-piston calipers up front and 4-piston rears, all managed by a
Detroit Speed booster and an E-Stopp electric brake system.
Visually, this convertible makes a bold statement with its Triple
Black finish, Stayfast Carrera cloth top, and shaved bumpers.
Subtle yet modern enhancements like Kindig-it door handles, Detroit
Speed headlight motors, and mini tubs elevate the look while
retaining the essence of the original design.
The interior is a masterclass in driver-focused luxury. You'll find
heated and cooled Recaro power seats, a custom-fabricated roll bar,
Nu Relics power windows, and a premium audio system integrated
seamlessly into a tastefully customized cabin. A MOMO steering
wheel and Ididit tilt column put control firmly in your hands,
delivering a true connection between driver and machine.
Every aspect of this build was designed for top-tier performance,
reliability, and comfort. Whether you're carving canyon roads,
turning heads at shows, or simply enjoying a spirited weekend
cruise, this Camaro delivers an uncompromising driving
experience.
