Zoom Classic Cars presents this 1936 Chevrolet 5 Window Hot Rod
Coupe. Original AZ car and older circa 2006 build featuring a
rebuilt 1969 302CI Chevrolet Z28 Engine with AFB Competition Series
Carb coupled with a 350 Turbo Automatic Transmission with Floor
Shift. Mustang II Front suspension assembly with rack and pinion
steering and front disc brakes and drums in rear. Heidt's Hot Rod
Shop Front Suspension. 1970 Nova rear end with Positraction. Custom
radiator built for the new powertrain. The interior was modernized
at the time of restoration to include bucket seats, VDO gauges and
aftermarket gauges mounted under the dash for temp, oil pressure
and volts, new headliner and restored door panels that still remain
in good to very good condition. Grant GT Wood Steering Wheel.
E-brake. During the build the all steel car was stripped down to
bare metal and painted white. All the body panels are solid and
line up nicely including the running boards. The paint is in
overall very good condition and has held up nicely over the last 20
years with only minor imperfections as shown. There is a small dent
on the rear passenger fender as shown. Spacious trunk that features
original partial wood construction and with original jack. Full
spare with Chevy wheel Cover mounted on the rear of car.
Undercarriage of the car appears to be very solid with only typical
minor surface rust as shown and features dual exhaust exiting the
real of vehicle with straight pipes. Car rides on Yokohama tires
mounted on classic Chevy slotted steel rally wheels with Chrome
Chevy hubs that are in excellent condition. Car comes with some
miscellaneous parts, a set of new seat covers as shown, full car
cover and the Original 1936 Pima AZ low number license plate. Car
has only been used sparingly in the last couple of years but starts
right up and runs and drives well. Can be driven as is or subject
to cosmetic restoration or use the White Paint as a palette to add
pinstriping or new paint scheme to suit your tastes. All lights,
signals and wipers work and car passed MA Inspection in 2025. Car
is being sold to settle an Estate, is stored in MA, has a clean MA
title and will be sold along with proper legal documents from the
