1929 Chevrolet Street Rod, with 327 Chevy V-8, Powerglide automatic transmission, True-Spoke wire wheels, Michelin tires, and in excellent condition! From decades long ownership by a Chevy enthusiast, and it’s all GM, Engine, Transmission, rear axle, and all steel original bodywork! It’s a great old school street rod, with lots of power, nice equipment, and fun to drive!
The workmanship on this car is excellent – the body fit and condition is great, the doors work & shut properly, and the front fenders have been massaged to work with the smaller than stock front wheels
Note the subtle – and functional! turn signals just above the bumper
Great Stance with big Michelin radials in the back and small Michelins in the front mounted on True-spoke wire wheels, a nice tribute to the original wire wheels on the Chevy.
Great Bowtie Emblem and moto-meter hood ornament. Fortunately, there is a modern, functioning temperature gauge in the instrument panel. All the instruments are mounted in a beautifully finished dashboard. All those instruments work, too.
Nicely plated windshield frame & mirror Nicely done convertible top.
Dual exhausts and a 10 bolt GM rear axle.
Nice interior, with cloth seat and vynil doorpanels.
GM style tilt steering column. Beautiful LeCarra wood rimmed steering wheel.
Nice VDO instruments.
the smallblock V8 Chevy runs great, has excellent compression, and makes really good power.
it’s equipped with an Edelbrock Carter AFB, Edelbrock C4B manifold, Alternator (12 volt system) and GM HEI distributor and ignition.
All in all a great street rod, and unusual with all Chevy & GM heritage!
