1976 Chevrolet C30 Rollback

The 1976 Chevrolet C30 1 Ton pickup truck is a sturdy heavy duty
vehicle known for its reliability and towing capacity. It featured
a variety of engine options, including six cylinder and V8 choices,
and offered both Fleetside and Stepside box styles.
Up for auction, a 1976 Chevrolet C30 rollback truck that presents
with plenty of patina and plenty of potential. What a cool way to
haul your show car, race car, or participate in your town's parade.
The 1936 Plymouth shell on the back is included with the sale. This
truck does not have keys.
Exterior
Light blue paint covers this classic truck and it's pretty well
faded while the plastic eggcrate grille up front remains intact
between those square headlights. Big trailer mirrors split wide and
amber cab lights crown the cabin, while emergency lights sit atop
the rollback's Miller pylons. The steel walls of the tow bed are
painted in matching blue while the floor is bare steel with a tool
box underneath. 16-inch wheels are all around including the dually
rear. There are rust bubbles, surface rust and peeling paint but
the body is mostly straight and will look great with the color you
chose.
Interior
Rough and sun beat inside beginning with the plastic door panel.
Fortunately, there are restoration parts suppliers that can provide
plug and play components. You'll need them for the dash pad as well
which is heavily cracked and warped while the black plastic
instrument cluster is faded but intact. The plexiglass covers on
all gauges are hazy and an AM/FM radio is present. The blue vinyl
bench seat is tired but not torn badly, and the shifter rises from
the transmission hump on the floor.
Drivetrain
Under the hood, a dusty but complete 350ci V8 with a 4-barrel
carburetor, backed by a 4-speed manual transmission that sends
power to the 14 bolt rear. Power brakes are onboard with front disc
and rear drum.
Undercarriage
A single exhaust finds its way to a stock style muffler and
suspension is configured as coil springs in front and heavy duty
leaf springs in back.
Drive-Ability
There are no keys for this truck.
