This beautiful Cloud III has been in one-family ownership since
new! It was bought by a prominent local businessman for his
mother's use and frequently made trips between their Denver and
Santa Barbara homes. In fact, Mr Farland-our dealership's owner-is
related to that family and remembers riding in the Cloud when he
was younger. It has been well maintained all along and has been
refinished in its original colors of Mason's Black over Silver
Sand. The beige interior has been reupholstered as well.
It is a left-hand-drive USA-spec car that has successfully avoided
accidents and rust for the past sixty-two years. It runs great and
has benefitted from professional refinishing of the interior wood
work, so the dash, door capping rails and rear tray tables all look
wonderful. The trunk still holds the original hand tools, jack and
spare.
Apart from a few dings in the bumper overiders, the chrome is very
nice as is all the factory-tinted glass and the iconic radiator
shell is flawless. The four-headlight IIIs are the most desirable
Cloud model and this one comes with a great, unique history.
