PARTIALLY RESTORED (ALL UNISTALLED PARTS INCLUDED) - My father bought this car Feb 23, 2024 from Gullwing Motors for $32,500. Soon after, he spent over $16,000 on parts, chrome and paint bringing his financial investment to just under $50K. He took on this project to stay occupied while he battled prostate cancer. He wanted to complete this project but sadly he ran out of life when he died in Sept of 2024.
So, with the recognition that selling a car that is not completely assembled lowers its appeal I am selling it for a very reasonable price in hopes of finding a buyer that is as passionate about Jaguars as my father was and has an ambition to finish the project he started. I took the pictures displayed in this ad (and the referenced Google Photo Albums) while moving the car from his home in Carrboro NC to a storage facility in Sanford NC - before I returned to Colorado where I live. I have also created a spreadsheet that list all cost he incurred - all that I could find in his emails. In that spreadsheet are also communications that he sent me periodically as he was working on the car and with his friend Joe (that helped him) whom I spoke with after his death.
ClassicCars.com has some limitations on what can be posted. There is a limit of 100 photos and you can't include links to external photo albums. So, I uploaded some of the pictures so that you can get an idea. At the end of the pictures there are a few showing the "before" state of the car when my Dad bought it.
