One of 136 Lincoln Continental Convertibles produced in 1942 prior to Lincoln Factory Shutting down for WWII. This car is finished in Black paint with a black interior. The windows have been converted from hydraulic to electric power and all features work properly. This car was previously fully restored by a previous owner in the late 1990's and still looks beautiful. All factory 1942 specific gold and ivory trim is present and the coveted 1942 only - Lincoln "Zephyr Sail" hood ornament is perfect! the factory AM Zenith radio still works flawlessly. Recent maintenence includes a new fuel pump and clutch adjustment along with a new rebuilt factory 6V ignition coil. This car was a "one year only" model, as it was the last of the pre-war lincoln's. Less than 30 of these beautiful automobiles exist today and this one is probably one of a handful that are still in wonderful running condition.
