Vehicle Description
1999 Chevrolet Tahoe
Since 1982 both Chevrolet and GMC sold SUVs under the Blazer and
Jimmy nameplates. Then in 1991 the Jimmy was rebadged as the Yukon
and then in 1994 the Blazer continued but the full size version was
now known as the Tahoe. It was named to refer to the rugged and
scenic area Lake Tahoe is known for. This 1999 is the two door
version and painted in a bright Red paint. It has chrome front/rear
bumpers and a chrome grill that has a nice shine. It has its stock
front and rear lights but smoke lenses have been added. The glass
is all good and is tinted. Aftermarket 15 inch Boyd Coddington
Junkyard Dog 5 spoke Gray wheels have been added and look good.
These were powered by a 5.7L Vortec V8 motor which run great. It is
paired with the stock 4 speed automatic transmission and 10 bolt
rear end. It has disc front brakes and the suspension is all stock.
