1932 Ford Roadster. This particular model retains its all-steel
Ford body, which is a rarity. Although it is titled as a 2000
reconstructed vehicle due to extensive restoration and street
rodding. Under the hood, the Roadster houses a 350 cubic inch small
block Chevrolet engine, paired with a Turbo Hydramatic 400
automatic transmission. 1932 bumpers, wide whitewall tires with
1948 Mercury wheel covers, and a Ford 9-inch rear end with dual
exhausts. Black enamel paint finish, disc brakes up front, and a
well-maintained interior with ultra-leather bench seating and a
rumble seat in the rear, both equipped with seat belts. The dash
includes vintage sun gauges and a tilt steering column with a
banjo-style wheel. The convertible top, which is fabric with a
glass rear window, shows some wear but remains functional and
removable. Additional accessories include a cockpit cover, side
curtains, and extra carpeting. Featuring working electric wipers,
turn signals integrated into the column, and a classic horn sound.
Rear four-link bushings and a front bushing on the frame could use
attention. There is slight tire rub when turning sharply. On the
road comes easy handling, solid road feel, and classic hot rod
exhaust rumble.
